Do participants need an account?

No. Participants open the link, enter their name, and claim a slot.

Can I protect a board with a passcode?

Yes. Add a passcode so only people with the code can view and sign up.

Can I limit signups per person?

Yes. Set a max number of slots per participant to keep things fair.

What happens when capacity is full?

Full slots can be locked and you can enable a waitlist so people can still express interest.

Can I edit a board after I share it?

Yes. Owners can update groups, slots, notes, and settings at any time.

Can I pause signups temporarily?

Yes. You can pause signups when you need to make changes or review responses.

How do RSVPs work?

Enable RSVP to track attendance and optionally require RSVP before slot signups.

Is there a place for questions or updates?

Yes. Boards include a discussion area so everyone stays on the same page.

How private is my board?

Anyone with the link can view the board, and a passcode adds another layer of control.
