You must be at least 13 years old to use PartTake. If you are using PartTake for an organization, you confirm you have permission to do so.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Boards, signups, and participation

Board owners control board settings, access, and signups. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant PartTake a limited license to host, store, and display that content to operate the service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse PartTake. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Posting unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
• Attempting to access accounts or boards without permission.
• Uploading content that infringes on the rights of others.
• Disrupting or interfering with the service or its infrastructure.

6. Service availability

We work to keep PartTake reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change or be removed over time.

7. Third-party services

PartTake may rely on third-party services for hosting, analytics, or authentication. Their terms may also apply.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to PartTake if these terms are violated or if we need to protect the service and its users.
